Welcome Message

A personal note from the organising committee

We are delighted to invite you to the MAPACS 29th Annual Scientific Congress 2026, taking place from 4–6 June in Penang.

Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008, George Town continues to be a cherished venue for our annual scientific gathering – celebrated for its rich history, strategic location, and undeniable charms.

This year’s theme, “Science & Innovation Meet Art” sets the stage for a truly inspiring experience. We are honoured to welcome distinguished speakers from the United States, Italy, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia, and our esteemed MAPACS members. Together, they will share their passions, insights, and innovations—offering us a rare glimpse into their minds and perspectives.

Beyond the lectures and surgical showcases, this congress is a celebration of camaraderie. It’s a time to reconnect with old friends and forge new bonds—across three days of thought-provoking sessions, sumptuous meals, and conversations over coffee.

Join us in Penang for an unforgettable journey of intellectual exchange, surgical excellence, and meaningful connections within the discipline of Plastic Surgery.
